Family Practice Patients
We encourage you to use the Online Booking Portal whenever possible. If need be you may call the clinic to find out when your physician is working to book an appointment for annual checkups, office visits, counseling or specific procedures.
Walk-In Patients
No appointments are necessary for walk-in patients. We encourage you to book a time in our Virtual Waiting Room Portal to select a time which best suits your schedule and avoid waiting in the clinic for extended periods of time.

Family Practice
Many of our physicians offer a regular family medicine service at the Mediclinic. If you wish to become a regular patient, you should discuss this with the individual physician who may be accepting new patients. Please inquire at the time of registration.



Urgent Care
Urgent care for episodic illness or minor injuries is provided by our physicians. If you have a regular family physician outside the clinic, you may request a record of the nature of your illness/injury and the treatment prescribed to be forwarded to your physician. If follow up is recommended, you will be advised. Should you choose, you may follow up with your regular physician if you have one, or with the physician you have seen at the Mediclinic.

Referrals
Referrals to specialists will be made, when appropriate, in your best interest. In emergency situations, they will be made immediately. If your condition is non-emergent, referrals may be done by letter, or if you prefer, you may choose to discuss it further with your regular family doctor. In any case, when you have a regular physician outside the clinic, the referring doctor and the specialist will try to notify your doctor in a timely fashion of the appointment and the results.



On Call Roster
Our clinic is open 7 days a week excluding statutory holidays.
If you have an URGENT matter outside clinic hours – call 911 or go directly to the nearest emergency department.
If you are a patient of a physician who offers regular family medicine service at the Mediclinic and you have a pressing matter you may call (306) 700-5252 outside of clinic hours to speak to the physician on call.
Do not call after hours to make an appointment, to refill a prescription or for non-urgent problems.

On Site Pharmacy
We are pleased to have a fully operational pharmacy on site.
Pharmacy First complements our services during our hours of operation.
